Convenient for town centre, good parking facilities
Bed was hard and creaked.
Basic 3 star accomodation, although has a great shower with plenty of water pressure. Location was very good for the purpose of our visit.
There was a mild musky odour in the foyer area however, the rooms themselves did not have this and were warm, neat and clean. The Motel provides value for your money and we would stay there again.
Close to the station I didn't have to carry my suitcase a long way.It was close to the main street and it was fairly quite
Yes, the hot water jug is way too big to fit under the tap in the wash basin. I had to hold it sideways and cup my hand under the spout to get water into it and as the room was only for one person you didn't need a jug that could make 10 cups of coffee.
Staff made us feel welcome.
Air con. had a burnt smell when it was run.
The tariff was fair and the location is good
No outside window which could be opened at night
I have stayed at The Alphine Heritage, twice. It has a great atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. Being a Senior Citizen, they upgraded me to a down stairs unit. (for nothing) They showed me place's to visit, The beautifull Rose gardens, shopping, where to eat, clubs. and busses and train time tables, and country link busses. Free Internet. They could not do enough for me. I will be staying there again in Sept. next year.
Nice Hotel at a reasonable price and great off street parking especially if you have a trailer.
Quiet position, just one street back from the centre of town. Good price for just a one-night stay.
We are Seniors and had to climb outside stairs to the third level of accommodation. Room looked tired.
Location and price only.
Room size, china odd bits and cutlery only for one person.
The Heritage atmosphere, the friendly, approachable, staff and the facilities. I, and my friends, would stay there again. We especially like the family room so we can stay together and not feel cramped.
At my recent stay everything was comfortable except the family in the room above left their children unattended and they made so much noise my friends and I could not get to sleep until late. We wanted to be fresh and rested for a sporting event the next day. We were very pleased to find the problem was solved for the following night.
Clean and Comfortable, Close to main street
Room was a bit small for two people
microwave, cutlery and jug.
People smoking outside of room. Side table and clock very dusty
The location was great for the purpose of our trip; catching up with friends for a birthday dinner in Goulburn township.
Very small rooms; No hair dryer; Very noisy at night. Shower had bad leak. Couldn't open front door very far without it hitting the cupboard behind it, because the room was so small. Reception staffer couldn't operate the credit card facility properly (and told us he didn't know how to do it).
Alpine Heritage Motel is the second worst motel we have stayed in. We say second worst as somewhere in the world there might be one less acceptable. The room was adequate only if you were a pygmy. Cramped, delapidated and uncomfortable. There were numberous flights of stairs to negotiate and the room access was through a very narrow balcony. The person on the reception desk could not raise a smile if you gave him $100. We will not return and will advise any of our friends to avoid this venue.
